Lock-Box imaging is an optional service. As stated above check payments are scanned and stored on a file server during the automated wholesale process. These scanned images can be archived by Apogee for thirty days allowing our client’s the capability to dial in to our system and view their check images, provide transmission of images to your personal computer or produce compac disks containing images from a certain period of time. Apogee can also scan remittance documents (Invoices) for archival purposes. Scanning of invoices and checks to archive allows the client to receive all the benefits associated with the "Paperless" office. Client’s can speed their research capabilities by keyword searching for images of checks and invoices, therefore enhancing their customer service departments. Increased storage (floor) space cut cost and disaster recovery furnishes peace of mind. Long-term (30+ days) storage is available.
