Lock-Box Data Capture and Transmission are optional services. Apogee can capture critical data from your checks and invoices by utilizing four different methods:

MICR Scan

We scan the check MICR line, capturing the routing transit number, account number, and check amount

Key Entry

We key additional data you specify, such as invoice number(s) and customer ID’s, from remittance documents (invoices)

MICR Merge

Combines MICR scan and key entry to provide your specified fields of information, such as invoice numbers (keyed) and Amount (scanned)

Hybrid Scan

Combines MICR scan with OCR (optical) capture from your scannable remittance document.
